Nightly Upside is an early-stage project by a short-term rental owner. This page explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join early access.
- Anything you choose to tell us after signing up: your role, how many listings you have, a listing link, and whether you want to reserve at the stated price.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from (for example UTM tags), the page you landed on, your browser type, and your approximate country and region.
- Usage data from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and the Meta pixel when it is enabled), which may use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and clicks.
How we use it
To contact you about early access, to ask you a few questions about how you run your properties, and to understand which of our ideas are useful. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers that host this site and measure traffic.
No payment
We do not take payment on this site. Reserving at a stated price is not a purchase and costs nothing.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep signup information while this project is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any email from us or by using the form below. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
